Welcome To The Breast Self Examination (BSE) Website

Welcome to the Breast Self Examination (BSE) Website. We will show you how to examine your breasts step by step with photographs, audio (sound) and the printed word.

We thank the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation for making this project possible. The idea for this website came from a BSE pamphlet by the Thunder Bay Breast Health Coalition. The pamphlet uses mostly pictures to teach women how to check their breasts.

Audio AvailableSo, turn up the sound on your computer and get ready to learn how to check your breasts for health.
